Ease of move in, home quality. There are a few design aspects that don’t make sense (a door doesn’t open all the way and goes into the bathroom) but other than that, it’s great.

[name removed] has made a big difference in the transition process. He is very good, an employee you do not want to loose because good ones don’t come around often. Your home design remains my favorite. You make the best of what you have. The few things I would do differently if I were [name removed]: 1. The standard toilet should have enough water to flush no.2 and not cause clogging. 2. I should not have to run a cable from the box behind the living room TV just to get high-speed internet in the kitchen 3. The circuit should not break if an appliance is plugged in. Shopping for an appliance that is compatible with a house’s circuit system is an odd thing to have to do. 4. The driveway should have enough space for cars and trash cans to be pulled out for collection. Currently trash cans run over the shrub.
