Each Olson community name includes the word “walk” because our vision is for homeowners to be able to exit their front door and walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and schools, engaging with their neighbors and becoming part of the fabric of their cities.

I loved my experience buying a home at HB Walk ! [name removed] was phenomenal from the moment I first came in to tour the models. She was friendly and inviting. Once I decided to purchase a home , she was always willing to help and always ensuring my experience buying a home was the best it could be. She pushed to let me pick my finished even though we were right at the deadline/past for a few items. She is so kind and really made the home buying process fun and enjoyable. Also [name removed], who did the open wall walk through was amazing. The fact you believe so well in your craftsmanship that we can walk through and see how everything is being built is wonderful. [name removed] talked me through each aspect of the home and what everything he and his team were doing. I’ve never experienced having a construction manager taking time out of their busy day to walk a new home owner through their home and explaining piece by piece what everything was. This made me so confident in buying a home with HB Walk All and all my experience was amazing and I cannot say enough good things about the entire process.

Overall experience was positive, efficient, and well communicated. [name removed] and [name removed] were excellent through the home buying process along with the preferred lender [name removed] from US [name removed] all provided the patience and expertise required for us to be comfortable with each step. Post purchase [name removed] has been beyond patient, understanding, and a great teacher for a new home buyer. We believe the customer service and continued hard work from the [name removed] team allows us to have peace of mind and feel confident in the quality of work. [name removed] continues to provide us the support as we work through minor quality concerns. We thank the entire [name removed] team and look forward to completing the final checks over the coming months at the 10 month check.
