Everything isn't bad, it is just there is no gate in this area, thieves are on the rise, when most of the time we aren't home, we have to worry about our packages being stolen, no CCTV in the area for security, parking spaces too small.

You can tell that [name removed] is just not in it for the business of selling houses and making profits. I can tell that they are truly proud of the quality of the houses they build and stand by their products and customer service. When you work with a company that prides itself on the quality of their work and reputation of their brand, the whole experience of buying a home which can be painstakingly complicated and long process becomes extremely easy and enjoyable. Their continued initiative of following up with the homebuyers and resolving issues and inquiries after moving in has been just as attentive as before, which is rare to come across.

Liked: -The sales representatives and warranty coordinators and builder foreman are extremely helpful in answering all questions. I really have enjoyed working with Chris the sales rep and Sorin the warranty coordinator. They get stuff done and timely. -the house is modernize and great style for modern dislikes: -granite countertops appear not to match in an area and have a significant scratch marking, didn't catch this or realize this until move in. Appears they installed mismatching granite possibly and got a scratch upon installation or builder work. -they paint the interior with a flat paint, instead of a satin which is much easier to clean or touch up -garages are a bit small for two car garage

I like everything about this neighborhood. I only ask that they install security cameras like what I asked before more throughout this neighborhood as my package got stolen a week ago. This will help the security and the long lasting community overall.

I was really impressed by Olson Company service. When I moved in this June, I needed to hook up my laundry and dryer. The director of construction, [name removed] was very proactive and he helped me to communicate with Best buy. I was very impressed and satisfied how he handled the issue from Best buy ( which was totally their fault). And [name removed] was very kind and helpful to follow up after moving in. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Our only negative feedback is the garage size. It does not allow for storage room or adequate trash bin placement.

The overall purchase process was great. We appreciated the detailed follow up and email communications. Upon our HBO, there were some general things that were not working well- such as the AC. The overall follow up was great, but maybe one area of improvement would be able to expedite the "ticket" process. For example, it closing in on 2 months to have cabinets and ceiling fan to be fixed. All in all, we really appreciated the professionalism of [name removed] and would recommend to purchase for families and friends!
