Everything was great, [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful, my only issue was the confusion around the credit being put towards our account because I felt we were being told two different things and then received nothing in the end and we still don’t know why or what happened, but that has nothing to do with [name removed] or [name removed]’s servicing.

Shoddy construction in some parts of the home. Also, HOA does not enforce parking rules here. Neighbors park along the street which makes it dangerous to drive at night and inconvenient to pick up my mail since someone's car is always blocking the gate.
