I liked the ability of getting in contact with anyone on the team, including sales and my lender. It can be intimidating to give people a call for a simple question and I appreciate them reaching out via text if needed, and responding as quick as possible. I also appreciate that my main contact was with [name removed], but if needed, [name removed] also stepped in and answered questions I might've had as well. Also after move-in -- I really enjoy the quality of service after the purchase of the home, specifically [name removed] who goes above and beyond his efforts to ensure satisfaction is met. From something simple as - the trash schedule, post office mail, helping with my front door lock (needed some tweak to the latch) - his efforts haven't gone unnoticed and makes [name removed] Home feel like a family effort in the whole home process.
