Solar panels thru sunnova. I closed escrow in February and was forgotten about by Sunnova. I was the only home owner whose solar panels were never turned on. It’s been six months and I’m still waiting to hear from sunnova. I wish we would have NOT closed escrow until all services are set. While the solar panels are paid in full, they are not benefitting me in any way, shape or form. I’ve incurred, to date, over $1000 in electrical bills. And we barely use the AC, I don’t charge my electrical car here either. I’ve accumulated probably $150 in charging bills (for charging thru EVGo and PowerFlex at work - reloaded 3 times already). Help! So Cal [name removed] has me set up for a solar billing but I’ve no use of my solar panels due to closing prior to completing the process to get my solar panels connected. Of all the units that were serviced by [name removed], I was the ONLY one forgotten about. I had to call to find out what I needed to do to get the solar going. I contacted [name removed] in March to find out what I needed to do and that is when she shared the sunnova situation and found out that my system was left without Sunnova submitting the paperwork. Now, I can’t even get anyone from sunnova on the phone and when I do get someone, no one has answers for me. Not even after spending 3.5 hrs on hold. I don’t think [name removed] should ever work with [name removed] EVER again. They left me hanging - and 6 months later, I’m still hanging; waiting for my system to be turned on. However, [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful - helping me, encouraging me (because I’m angry about it but have accepted that I cannnot do anything about it). [name removed] is trying to help on his end as well. It just feels like I was sold something that was forgotten about. That doesn’t feel too good nor does paying these extra UNEXPECTED bills because the solar panels I paid for were never completed. It seems like the spacing between the buildings built after my phase, have more space between the buildings. With mine, I feel like my patio is 4

Home had a lot of touchups, including misaligned sink, carpet, vinyl plank, paint on walls, and not to mention dust everywhere.

No home buying process is easy or simple, but the Olson Team made it a great overall process for my first home buying experience. From the VIP opening & home selection, to closing. Don't think it could've gone any better. The best part, was the team accommodating me & helping me get my closing docs signed while on family vacation in Miami. The notary came to my hotel lobby the morning before boarding our ship to get papers signed! Larry, Jan, Justine, Rosemary, Jason, & the First American Team were all great.
