Staff are very nice and easy to communicate with. However the only problems is the community is wide open to outsiders, I have lost packages, seen ppl coming in, don’t feel safe and have to bother my neighbours to help me track packages. Very inconvenient, hope there is something that can help solve the problem.

I knew he'd help facilitate warranty repairs, but was delighted when he also educated me as a first time home owner on how to do the small stuff myself.
