Since most of our communities are in mature neighborhoods, they require minimal infrastructure, helping to keep construction costs low, taxes reasonable, and home prices attainable. Each Olson community name includes the word “walk” because our vision is for homeowners to be able to exit their front door and walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and schools, engaging with their neighbors and becoming part of the fabric of their cities.

From the start [name removed] had a small team with defined roles yet broad enough for someone who doesn’t work in the building industry to navigate. We never felt alone since there was always an overlap between departments. Even after we closed, [name removed] gave us [name removed] who brought good service experience up a notch to excellent. I am sure other builders have to offer warranties, but having [name removed] present at [name removed] Walk is what built our affinity for [name removed]. It comes down to his character. Do you want to come across as a hard working, honest, sincere, friendly, professional, and caring? If that’s your brand, you got the right representative in [name removed].

I really appreciate having [name removed] as the warden of [name removed]. He is very responsive when we have questions or concerns regarding our new home. He helped us settle in and get used to a modern house. He is honest and sincere. His responses are dependable. I don’t feel like I have to chase different departments for answers, which is usually the case when the sale is closed and money exchanged hands. [name removed]’s aftercare is what makes it different from other builders. Perhaps the defining feature when it comes to recommending a builder to friends and family or looking to purchase another home in the future. Your design is also very efficient and pleasing. You sure make the best of the space.
