I think we must have seen the model homes over 10 times before we made our decision and they've always treated us as if it was our first time in the model. We really liked working with [removed] which was one of the Preferred lender. He was quick to qualify, quick to respond, and delivered a slam dunk on our loan. We have 100% trust in [removed] and his team. We did a walk through with [removed], his level of energy and excitement is amazing. Upon moving in we were warmly greeted with a welcome basket which was very thoughtful. [removed] has always made time to hear our concerns, made sure that the proper vendors were contacted in a timely manner and checked to see if its been resolved.
