The homes are poorly constructed. To many homes, not enough parking, only one exit, which is a scary safety issue only one SMALL POOL There is never a full lawn and / or maintenance Service

The paint in the house is horrible I wish we were told it would be primer or flat paint. We paid half a million dollars for a home now we have to get the whole inside repainted pretty ridiculous.

[name removed] had the patient of a saint with me. I needed that extra support with the purchase of my new home as my mind was all over the place. Essentially promises were not kept. Originally told one deadline for house completion and it wound up being an additional 6 months. Originally told water bill was included with HOA fee and after living in home for 8 months we started receiving water bills. Originally told that if things needed to be fixed it would be done so quickly, we’ve waited months for things to get fixed.

I liked that the lender worked with the builder, having access to our home during the building process, and that the builder took care of the things that concerned me. I did not like the things that were forgotten or looked over (e.g., key not working, disposal not working, stairs creaking at the top) Floors still have not been fixed. Other then that the experience was great

I love the interaction with Manny, he was professional and his customer service skills were great. We really disliked Dana, the loan officer. She said we were locked in for our APR, but then found out a month before getting the house that she never locked us in and lied to us in our face when she said she never told us that, and that it was impossible to lock an APR because the market is always changing. she was really disrespectful and never answered the phone unless Manny called her and told her to call us or answer us. Thankfully we found a new loan company in a short amount of time and were able to proceed with the purchase

Garage c/b finished more nicely. The slope was not addressed b4 carpeting went in. Some door finishes and baseboard not smooth. Alot was addressed during the walk thru that should have been done b4 that. We wait a long time and spend alot of money - everything sb addressed b4 that walk thru- as if you were inspecting your own home and showing it off. Jose was very nice and patient.
