The inside door handles are very poor quality and always stick. We have had them checked and "fixed" multiple times but they are a bad design and always get stuck. Also, the team may respond to issues relatively promptly but do not fully resolve the issues. There are some issues that have not been resolved since my prepurchase inspection. Also, before we closed escrow we scheduled an appointment to view out home, drove over 3 hours with two small children only to find out the builder changed the locks and did not know how to access them. No explanation was given and we were basically told "oops" with no empathy or apology or concession given for wasting our whole day for nothing.

Not to happy with the [name removed] Timer switch on the home. It somehow resets itself for no reason at all, causing power outages all over the home.

I feel like it’s a question of quality assurance. Loose wires leading to AC going out within 10 days of moving in. Cabinet with broken boards shored up with nails sticking out. Door handles that are loose and locks that stick. Front door jamb that was damaged and molded over. Blinds that were paid in full but not installed in a timely manner with no formal apology from the design center about the huge inconvenience.

I like that in my own home and that [name removed] and [name removed] made the move feel comfortable. I dislike how the air conditioning system is put in incorrectly. I notice the builders did not do a good job on important appliances.

The overall purchase experience was very positive from contract to move-in. The communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and the team was helpful in answering questions quickly. I especially liked how smooth and organized the process felt during each stage. The home quality and final walkthrough met my expectations, which made move-in exciting and stress-free. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be having slightly more frequent updates during certain phases of construction, but overall I’m very satisfied with the experience and happy with my new home.

[name removed] was very patient with us and answered our questions regardless of how minor they had been. The only downside of the purchase was the uncertainty of a date for moving in due to the city inspector’s extended delays.
