I don’t like All the cracks in the stucco and I have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed .. my solar panels took way too long to get them running and my battery is working yet.. it’s been 6 months and the battery isn’t connected yet. Also, I hate that the sub contractors only want to make early morning appointments to come and fix anything, I’m usually available after 12p and that doesn’t work for them . It’s very frustrating , they rarely want to work with me.. I really like the sales team that you guys have, [name removed] and [name removed] are the best. [name removed] from customer service is also great. He always follows up with the subcontractors, he always makes sure things get done when there are issues. He always responds on a timely manner when I need something done.. keep them, they are the best

Let me start off with saying my family and I LOOOOVE our sales consultant [name removed]!! She is is just an amazing person overall! We felt very comfortable with her, she goes above and beyond! I absolutely LOVE our community, it’s quiet, peaceful and safe. Moving here was the best decision my family and I made.
