When it’s pacific communities they’re quick when it’s the outside electrician or anything else they’re super super slow

I did not like that there was no set date of move in. The dates kept changing.

The process was not as informative as I expected or was told it would be. There was lack of communication and had to continuously follow up for status due to the change of sales reps. However, once the final walk through was completed, I addressed all my questions and concerns to the project manager and others in charge and they’re were so helpful and followed through without having to follow up. Other than that my experience has been great and I would definitely recommend the builder to family and friends and buy again is the future.

Once Kim started working at Pacific Point there was a lot more communication of how the house was coming along. She really kept us in the loop especially in the days prior to closing!

I didn’t like the lender he never got back to us. For first time buyers that was frustrating. I also didn’t like that when we moved in our heater was not working for almost a month.
