From contract through move-in my husband and I felt very supported throughout the process. The sales team and the loan officer were there for us. Any questions we had were answered. There wasn't anything they kept from us, there was always transparency. Even up until we move-in there were a couple of things we stumbled; however, the technicians were there to take care of any issues that needed to be fixed.

I like that I can get my walls fixed if they are chipped. Recently I called about my tub and that was fixed

I think the vendor Pacific Builder uses for the windows and sliding glass doors use very low quality materials. They also take too long to rectify any issues with their products as well as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I haven't had to use warranty service. I did have an incident where my fireplace stop lighting but [name removed] took care of it right away for me.

My expectations were far exceeded with the seller/builders. The bank I used was difficult to work with from the start. Only thing I would change would be the bank I worked with. I'd highly recommend anyone to purchase a home from here!

In the middle of the process, communication was a bit lacking. But improved by the end closer to move in. Lots of delays due to power company and was not made aware a few times. But again, got better closer to closing.

I loved the experience with [name removed] and [name removed] but I did not like the experience with the loan officer [name removed] with Bank of [name removed]. I would've preferred to choose my loan officer but apparently I couldn't choose.

I really appreciated the effort by Karen and Michelle as well as Tony the Superintendent, keeping me informed of my home's build progress. All of them were always ready to answer any of my questions throughout the entire process. I know that they were dealing with many prospective buyers and buyers besides me, but they always made me if I was the only one. They all three are very personable and knowledgeable. Communication is very important to me and all three met my expectations.
