I was disappointed I didn't get my home when expected. This created a lot more issues and expenses which I was not prepared for. Most importantly we were not able to lock in a lower interest rate as a result of the delays in closing on my home. What I liked the most about this experience is the wonderful staff. From [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and our lender [name removed] and now that we have moved in [name removed] is awesome.
