I was disappointed I didn't get my home when expected. This created a lot more issues and expenses which I was not prepared for. Most importantly we were not able to lock in a lower interest rate as a result of the delays in closing on my home. What I liked the most about this experience is the wonderful staff. From Robert, Kim, Chris and our lender Michael and now that we have moved in Manny is awesome.
