While I understand that construction timelines can be affected by various hurdles, the quality of the home has been disappointing and does not align with the expectations that were communicated during the buying process. I chose Pacific because of its reputation for building beautiful, quality homes. However, I have experienced multiple issues throughout the house. Several of these concerns were clearly pointed out during my walkthrough/orientation, yet they were never corrected. During that time, I was told this was “not a cookie-cutter home,” but unfortunately the quality I’ve seen has been worse than what I would expect from a typical production home.

My point of contact [name removed] was amazing. My Representative which did my walk through [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasant to work with as well. The customer service that I have received so far has by far exceeded anything I have ever experienced from other Builders. I would definitely recommend Pacific Communities.
