[name removed] was AMAZING from start to finish with this process. She worked with my realtor to ensure I was comfortable with my 1st home buying experience. However, upon moving in a was disappointed with the painting through out the house. Areas that painting should have been cleaned up, touched up and just not up to my standards. [name removed] offered to assist and did do his part with making sure I was happy. Other than that my experience has been great with Profile homes!

Water Heater Temperature and Pessure Relief Valve terminated inside the home. These should Always be terminated to the exterior of structure.

I’m very pleased with the choice of materials for the exterior of the build of the homes as well as finding out about the craftsman style floor trim. [name removed] was amazing to work with, always trying to find answers and give us updates through the build process. A few parts that weren’t my favorite is often times I had questions that it seemed like upper management wasn’t even sure about, weather pricing for upgrades or technical questions. Decision's were made mid way thru construction. Communication wasn’t always up to what I’d expect- notably such short notice for pre drywall inspection. When time came to finish up the build again, some choices didn’t make sense and a few corners seemed to be cut- out kitchen cabinet doors were installed incorrectly, the garage first layer of joint compound and tape is rougher than it should be, stair railing stained a gray color to match the floors that are brown? Currently more than a month after closing our HOA has yet to be set up and still not sure when to pay dues ans the paperwork given from closing has no correlation to what First Residential has on their end. Originally when going under contract it appeared as if trash was included in our HOA dues to only find out they’re not. Overall very pleased with the house itself, but wishing for more options during construction and post closing refinement for future buyers in our neighborhood.
