I really enjoyed working with [name removed]. [name removed] was great too with the inspections and all issues were resolved before closing. Most of all, the home was available for a quick move in which I needed relocating from PA.

Dead grass areas in sod not cared for after construction during months leading up to purchase. Red mud stains on sidewalks due to silt fences leaking through during construction and takes away from the overall neighborhood appearance. [name removed] is delightful and so helpful.

Water Heater Temperature and Pessure Relief Valve terminated inside the home. These should Always be terminated to the exterior of structure.
