Contract process smooth. But the build process identified a lot of issues through third party inspection. We provided delayed occupany to allow the construction manager to fox the defevts but still lot of defects are not foxed and we were forced to do closing end of August stating we asked for August but delivered us unfinished product. After multiple email follow ups I am not getting satisfactory response. FA shows only 7 items and the construction manager himself answered before FA on items pending. I have asked proof of resved issues for unreachable areas but it was not delivered. Many items are ignored although it is a defect. Every time I have rwceived different response with the team back tracking from their own words. I was told to initial the FA at the start of the meeting and open item list was not delivered for a week. When it was delivered after multiple follow ups it had only 7 items however more than 20 items are unresolved. I have sent numerous emails with list of pending items but no response were delivered. Is this the customer experience delivered by [name removed] homes? I trusted the google reviews and great hospitality and quality looking at model and spec homes. But the standard and customer experience did not met for me, my family and we have a home which has pending defects. I need escalation and real help.

[name removed] our Sale Agent was very kind and great to work with. Any question we had she would get us our answer right away. [name removed] in the Sales was also very helpful. [name removed] our general contractor was so great to work with he was always on top of our project and was also very organize. [name removed] our point of contact once we closed escrow has been so helpful with any issue that my husband or I have messaged him about. The whole [name removed] TEAM is amazing.

We purchased an inventory home, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. [name removed], the Sales Manager, was wonderful to work with—she made the quick closing process easy and stress-free. Since the home was already built, we were looking for a high level of finish. [name removed], the Construction Manager, walked the home with us and was very honest about the minor touch-ups needed. He ensured the house was move-in ready. Since moving in, [name removed], the Warranty Manager, has been incredible at checking off those last few punch-list items. It’s a relief to know that [name removed] and the team stay committed to the home even after the sale is final

We loved the transparency the most. Before closing the house failed the committee walkthrough. When we were told that we were also told why the house failed and everything was promptly taken care of before closing

Communication with [name removed] (sales personnel), thoroughness of building manager ([name removed]), and ease of communicating issues (with [name removed]) to have them rectified in a timely manner. [name removed] advocated on our behalf with several of the construction items. The process went well overall and we would recommend [name removed] to family/friends.

It’s a great overall experience from [name removed] our sales and sam our project manager to [name removed] our waranty manager they always helpfull and on top of all requests

Likes: 1.) Loved working with [name removed] and [name removed]. They are very patient, friendly and quick to respond to any questions or clarifications. 2.) [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure we received the home before schedule to accommodate our needs and made sure we are getting constant updates. 3.) Loved that [name removed] was able to decrease base price of the home to match the lower base price at the time of closing. Dislikes: 1.) Was very disappointed that [name removed] homes mortgage was not able to give a better rate than outside banks even after using all the lender incentive to buy down points. I heard it was the case with most other buyers who closed with [name removed] around my closing timeline. 2.) I would have loved if [name removed] finished the attic above garage with proper flooring, I know it was not needed as per code/design, but I would have loved to use it for lighter storage.
