We purchased an inventory home, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. [name removed], the Sales Manager, was wonderful to work with—she made the quick closing process easy and stress-free. Since the home was already built, we were looking for a high level of finish. [name removed], the Construction Manager, walked the home with us and was very honest about the minor touch-ups needed. He ensured the house was move-in ready. Since moving in, [name removed], the Warranty Manager, has been incredible at checking off those last few punch-list items. It’s a relief to know that [name removed] and the team stay committed to the home even after the sale is final

Communication with [name removed] (sales personnel), thoroughness of building manager ([name removed]), and ease of communicating issues (with [name removed]) to have them rectified in a timely manner. [name removed] advocated on our behalf with several of the construction items. The process went well overall and we would recommend [name removed] to family/friends.

Likes: 1.) Loved working with [name removed] and [name removed]. They are very patient, friendly and quick to respond to any questions or clarifications. 2.) [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure we received the home before schedule to accommodate our needs and made sure we are getting constant updates. 3.) Loved that [name removed] was able to decrease base price of the home to match the lower base price at the time of closing. Dislikes: 1.) Was very disappointed that [name removed] homes mortgage was not able to give a better rate than outside banks even after using all the lender incentive to buy down points. I heard it was the case with most other buyers who closed with [name removed] around my closing timeline. 2.) I would have loved if [name removed] finished the attic above garage with proper flooring, I know it was not needed as per code/design, but I would have loved to use it for lighter storage.

[name removed] has been wonderful handling the construction of our home. He paid attention to details and kept in touch and was always prompt to address any of our concerns.

The quality of craftsmanship in our [name removed] home has far exceeded that of any other home we’ve owned or toured. [name removed] from the model home and [name removed] have both been incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful throughout the process. What is typically a stressful experience has been made calm, and even exciting, thanks to their support and professionalism.
