Our overall experience was excellent. [name removed] and [name removed] were very responsive and addressed all of our concerns promptly. [name removed] has a genuine customer-first mindset and goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests. [name removed] ensured the build was completed on time. We truly felt valued and appreciated throughout the entire process. One area of improvement would be enhancing how [name removed] tracks change orders, particularly for options and color selections that are less commonly chosen. When a customer selects something out of the ordinary, it can sometimes get overlooked during development. We truly appreciate [name removed]’s efforts in addressing all of those concerns and ensuring everything was resolved.

I had a positive experience with the community and appreciated the smooth closing process, especially with [name removed]'s support. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that were disappointing. The tree planting service provided by [name removed] was subpar — the trees planted were either dead or of poor quality, and attempts to contact them for resolution were met with unresponsiveness. Additionally, I was assured at the time of signing the contract that window blinds would be installed, but this commitment was not fulfilled after closing.

What I liked: [name removed] from Sales & [name removed], the builder were both very helpful in answering my questions. A chat was set up between the three of us and the responses from them were prompt and helpful. Both of them were professional in their respective services. What I disliked: I don't think there was anything so far that I felt was a bad experience. I only have good things, at least so far :-).
