Loved the deal making process. [name removed] was awesome. I don’t like being delayed on fixing things with builders. I think most issues should be fixed already if you buy a $1m or more home & buyers should not have to ask

I appreciated [name removed]'s flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively with customers throughout the home-buying process leading up to closing. However, my experience changed drastically once the sale was finalized. After identifying several items that required attention, I was disappointed by the response from the site warranty representative. Rather than addressing the concerns constructively, his approach felt dismissive and, at times, disrespectful—appearing to discourage customers from even discussing potential items before pursuing warranty claims. I understand that imperfections and mistakes can happen, and I value a company that takes ownership and works to resolve them. That’s the very essence of a warranty: to offer assurance that issues will be handled in good faith. Unfortunately, my post-closing experience suggested otherwise—conveying the message, “The sale is done, and we’re no longer responsible.” It wasn’t until the director became involved that I experienced a level of professionalism appropriate to the situation. Without that intervention, I would have had no choice but to give the lowest possible rating. The way customers are treated after closing is just as important as the service provided beforehand. Failing to address post-sale concerns professionally not only erodes trust but also diminishes future referrals and damages the company's reputation.

I liked the level of care from the agent, warranty and others however, 2 areas that I disliked. The width of the garage is not enough to fit SUVs and I was told it would fit but it is not practical. Also, the pre-fab cabinet quality is pretty low.

Strongest dislike was the lack of communication from the contractor and kind of sloppy work he did with the house. Horrible experience.
