Still TBD. I have only submitted three service tickets but at this point I wouldn’t say that the communication on the status is very good at all.

Prior to closing, the line of communication between the Sales Office and Builder was clear and always open. [name removed] and [name removed] in the sale office were an absolute pleasure to work with, and made themselves available for my wife and I, always. [name removed] has been a tremendous advocate for [name removed] and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He was incredibly supportive and offered advice and assistance along the way. His experience in various positions have, in our opinion, provided him with a unique skill set that helped us with the process, through the tough times especially. [name removed] was great to work with, and spent a lot of time working with my wife and I throughout the process, and was always positive and accessible. [name removed] was a tremendous help throughout the build process as well. He has been great to work with. We are omitting the design studio process, follow up, and communication. We’d rather focus on the positive.

My warranty services are horrible and no one gets the work done, there are warranty open for the past few months and no one took care of it and never get a response back. very horrible experience.

I really like the [removed] Realtor, [removed] [removed]. He walked us through everything very well and helped us even during the construction process to communicate to our manager when he isn't available.

Sale manager/[removed] consultant were very helpful. They walked me through the whole process. As first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. [removed], [removed] and [removed] answered every single questions I had. [removed] - the construction manager, also did a decent job on his part.

[removed] service we have used to this point has been prompt. I have an open request for warranty work now that I need to follow up on, as I have not received a response since submitting it weeks ago. Benefit of the doubt, it might be a matter of operator error on my side.

Craftsmanship is what stands out with [removed]. Living in a neighborhood with only 10% of the homes being [removed], it is easy to see where the quality of product [removed] provides is a of a higher level.
