The good news is that the repairs were completed and the work appears to be quality. The bad news is that with some warranty claims - emails, phone calls, and texts went unanswered for several weeks.

All of the processes to get us into the home were seamless. There was a communication glitch after the [name removed] Meeting and before construction began, but after that there were no issues. After move-in, the ticketing system has worked very well.

[name removed] for handling all my warranty needs in a prompt manner. He was very personable and genuinely cares about the homeowner experience

Service after closing was not professional at all specially to get warrenty work done.

We had to hire electricians to determine why two light switches weren't working. One had been damaged inside the wall and will require removal of drywall. The other was improperly wired and completely destroyed via arc flash the installed light fixture. [name removed] was contacted and refused to do anything. We also have a tree in the back that is completely dead. [name removed] was sent out, told me the tree is not coming back and would be replaced, but then I was told I missed the submission date by 10 days. I asked for a drainage issue to be repaired BEFORE I took possession of the house. I was told there is no drainage issue. Upon moving in I found the sprinkler line had been ruptured by a fence post. I fixed it myself because [name removed] refused to help. Many of these things came up in the inspection report, of which [name removed] agreed to work with us on. Nothing was done.

I was extremely happy with the initial contract process with [name removed] very professional full of knowledge. At the time of closing the house was not completely done and [name removed] told me that he will take care of it and we were forced to close.Nothing was done and i called [name removed] to come in and finish work he tells me that now its warrenty issue and he told me to call [name removed] he tells me that the work [name removed] promised to finish cannot be done under warrenty it should have been done before closing. Terrible closing process with [name removed] and worse customer service with your warrenty process with [name removed]. A proud company like [name removed] homes i expected better extrerely dissapointed still worrenty work are not addressed and many times i told [name removed] to please visit the house so i can show him personally what needs to be done.No answer from [name removed].

Our sales agent [name removed] was the lone shining bright spot in this experience with [name removed] [name removed]. He listened to our needs and was responsive to our questions. He was able to help us navigate through the home buying process with support and guidance.

My warranty services are horrible and no one gets the work done, there are warranty open for the past few months and no one took care of it and never get a response back. very horrible experience.

Ability to have direct interaction with the actual builder of my home so I could ensure I clearly conveyed my questions/concerns without going through another party who could misinterpret my question or the answer back from the builder.

[removed]'s sales rep, [removed] was the most welcoming, supportive and knowledgable person we'd dealt with, of any of the builders in our potential new neighborhood. He sealed the deal for us

The best part is [removed] our Sales person was not for him we would have not bought the house. Very nice person. As far as builder we didn’t have one since the house was already built [removed] had to close with us. We still have issues like our irrigation system,Our drive way minor things. But few things have been taken care of but are still working on others. Could have should have been a very happy occasion for my wife but it was not due to things she wanted done. But anyways we are happy we live in the house now and loving it so far. I feel little friendly and taking and extra step goes a long ways. Don’t know who built the house builder was gone [removed] took over so can’t blame him. In all the Experience could or should be better. My daughter and son both are building in the same neighborhood but they choose American Legand instead.
