Like the design. Like that I had a choice of finishes, materials and appliances. Like some quality of finishes, but not all of them. Sales office is great, [name removed] was very helpful though process. Overall finished product is good quality. Didn’t like the speed of the construction process. Didn’t like the framing materials and workmanship. Didn’t like the quality and uniformity of concrete forms and rebar placement ( some work didn’t conform builder codes ). Don’t like the quality of final painting finish of cabinets ( rough, sandy and look like old, washed and scratched ). Although doors and trims paint finish quality is good and smooth. Grass/sod was laid out on very bumpy, chunky soil ( not finely granulated top soil or sand ). Construction manager [name removed] was very smooth and fun to work with. Construction manager [name removed] is very experienced and delivered mostly good quality house at the end. Overall [name removed] deserves to be one of the best in line.

[name removed] claims easy to make online. Time waiting for item to be fixed is not too bad. Communication with warranty representative is easy and timely. The only suggestion to claims is to make photo/video file size bigger then limited 5 mb.

I like overall quality. Like enormous amount of finishes and materials. Customization. Step by step taking ownership was smooth, timely. Warranty matters done timely and very well managed.

I started my purchase process during the pandemic so it took almost a year to build. My construction mgrs, ([name removed] & [name removed]) stayed in contact with me & kept me updated through the entire process. They’ve checked in on me even after moving in. Great team, that really care about their buyers!

All of the processes to get us into the home were seamless. There was a communication glitch after the [name removed] Meeting and before construction began, but after that there were no issues. After move-in, the ticketing system has worked very well.

The associates we worked with from our sales rep [name removed] to our builder [name removed] were terrific. The home itself came out excellent. We had built previously with Lennar and this home building experience and quality was superior in every way.

We had to hire electricians to determine why two light switches weren't working. One had been damaged inside the wall and will require removal of drywall. The other was improperly wired and completely destroyed via arc flash the installed light fixture. [name removed] was contacted and refused to do anything. We also have a tree in the back that is completely dead. [name removed] was sent out, told me the tree is not coming back and would be replaced, but then I was told I missed the submission date by 10 days. I asked for a drainage issue to be repaired BEFORE I took possession of the house. I was told there is no drainage issue. Upon moving in I found the sprinkler line had been ruptured by a fence post. I fixed it myself because [name removed] refused to help. Many of these things came up in the inspection report, of which [name removed] agreed to work with us on. Nothing was done.

I was extremely happy with the initial contract process with [name removed] very professional full of knowledge. At the time of closing the house was not completely done and [name removed] told me that he will take care of it and we were forced to close.Nothing was done and i called [name removed] to come in and finish work he tells me that now its warrenty issue and he told me to call [name removed] he tells me that the work [name removed] promised to finish cannot be done under warrenty it should have been done before closing. Terrible closing process with [name removed] and worse customer service with your warrenty process with [name removed]. A proud company like [name removed] homes i expected better extrerely dissapointed still worrenty work are not addressed and many times i told [name removed] to please visit the house so i can show him personally what needs to be done.No answer from [name removed].
