Sale manager/[removed] consultant were very helpful. They walked me through the whole process. As first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. [removed], [removed] and [removed] answered every single questions I had. [removed] - the construction manager, also did a decent job on his part.

The oven door shattered. The jury is still out as they are supposed to replace it. They've been out once & it wasn't done to our satisfaction. They are coming back again. We will see.

I’ve purchased two sotherby homes prior to purchase and loved the whole process and customer service by the warranty reps. This time around, it was such a pain to get any warranty work completed without backlash from the warranty rep. The warranty rep made this home buying experience terrible and would not recommend buying this brand of home to anyone ANYMORE! If it wasn’t for the warranty manager [removed], I would go to all online reviews and score a negative review anywhere I can find a review post for [removed] homes. Right now, I am tempted once again to go and mark terrible reviews for [removed] homes because of my last experience with clay [removed]. This person has made my home buying experience such a terrible experience. I still want to believe hat [removed] homes wants to stand behind quality and service that it states on their website. That dedication to customer service and quality it so states needs to flow down to all employees regardless of title.

Craftsmanship is what stands out with [removed]. Living in a neighborhood with only 10% of the homes being [removed], it is easy to see where the quality of product [removed] provides is a of a higher level.
