I lived in the house for nearly a year, and there are many flaws and issues with the construction and finishing; it's poorly done.

[name removed] our builder had excellent communication throughout and kept us in the loop. There’s still items that are incomplete due to stuff being out of stock. Finishing could be better for neatness

The quality of the craftsmanship is poor. The paint is very bad, the HVAC does not circulate evenly. The GCI breaker keep tripping.

There are many imperfections that exist with the house, and many of the flaws are left as-is. We were discouraged with the quality of warranty in the early phase since moving in. We plan to go through more before our warranty expiration towards the 1 year mark.

Some incentives would have been great based on the amount of upgrades you are going. Due to the recent rise in real estate, it looked like its all about money ??

I have a dead tree, [name removed] is really good about shirking that responsibility. I also have hotspots and tons of warranty items. I have sent over a pdf where I have identified areas where a thermal camera registers multiple areas at 100F in my house and no one has responded.

Usually respond in timely manner. What i dont like, sometimes i have to fight with them since sometime they claim its not on the warranty scope
