I really love the home—especially the interior design, open layout, and quality of finishes. The overall design exceeded our expectations and feels very thoughtfully executed. The Shaddock Homes staff, especially the sales and construction teams, were helpful, communicative, and supportive throughout the buying process and beyond. I appreciate their willingness to listen and address my questions or concerns professionally. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. While most issues were minor finishing touches, I did encounter a few major concerns after move-in, including: Cracked exterior bricks (only partially repaired initially) Cracked bathroom floor tiles Exposed foundation frame (metal post-tension cable ends visible in multiple locations) These were noted in my one-year inspection and I’m working with the builder on resolving them. I believe that with more attention to post-close quality checks, the experience could be even better. Overall, I'm happy with my home and appreciate the team’s effort to ensure long-term satisfaction.

I love the way its a gated community and very serene. The only thing I would wish its done is to build on the empty land besides me. I mean the 3 plots in my left and right side to be built fast to bring more beauty around my home . But in all, am impressed so far.
