Almost everything that was requested to be checked by warranty is not covered. Still waiting on things that were promised before closing and during closing. In first survey requested to be contacted by a higher level management, but still waiting. It seems that the survey is not even read or addressed. What send a survey if there is no flow up on it. Once again need a higher management or ownership Mrs. [name removed] to contact me. A lot of things are not right.

Even you do the survey and ask to be contacted it seems no one reads them or cares what a customer has to say.

Purchasing a home in general can be vary daunting to say the least. That said, [name removed] homes did an amazing job guiding us through the process and with clarity at that! Wonderful job all around. I've built with 2 other builders prior and [name removed] homes takes the Cake! Communication was great through the contracting process and Hats-off to our amazing builder [name removed]. He communicated well, was on top of anything that came up or seemed to be missed during the build. There was not one item i brought that he didn't already know about and that speaks volumes! This means [name removed] took the time to really walk the home through the build and this shows true dedication. This is why the Shaddock Homes Brand is so trusted in building a quality beautiful home.
