1. Delay of house construction and I understand this across the industry. 2. Floor re-selection - I don't like the current floor(vinyl floor), initially I selected revwood and even though revwood is available on the market , asked me to select another floor with higher price (double of my original price). I did not expect this from [name removed]. This is not acceptable and very disappointed on this. I had no choice other than moving forward with higher price. I commend my construction manager [name removed] for his work and commitment. He took over from another construction manager in the middle after lot of delay. Once [name removed] took over things got moved better and he always updated me with the status. I'll recommend [name removed] for construction house for his knowledge and experience. I'll give 5 out of 5 rating for [name removed]. Sales Manager [name removed] took over this office after I signed the contract and easy to work with him. He helped me with my couple of selections which were messed up by earlier sales manager. If [name removed] wouldn't look at my selections and confirm with me I would have gotten wrong items. Thanks to [name removed]. I'll give 5 out of 5 rating for [name removed]. [name removed] is always welcomed us when we had any questions. She is there at the office from signing the contract to closing my house. She did not treat us differently based the situation and always positive interaction/experience with her.

The issues that were reported are being addressed. However, one major issue that I've is the bricks that are installed on my home; most of the bricks are deformed and they are all over the walls. It makes the home less appealing, and it impacts the price of the home.

While closing the house I was given a commitment about items which are not realized even today and one item was constructed for 4 months during the process my kid was hurt because of the construction.

Like: The overall build quality of the house is great. We enjoy living in it and proud to call this our home. The warranty department has been very responsive and quick with not only the responding to my requests/emails but also when the service team actually comes and does the repairs. [name removed] has been easy to reach and very helpful with all our requests/repairs. Dislike: Prior to closing we were promised a couple of items that would be completed by [name removed] after we have closed and moved in. These items were nothing major, a shower door handle that we paid for that wasn't installed or toilet paper holder and towel holder in our powder that for some reason wasn't installed. We reached out to [name removed] and [name removed] via texts, emails, phone calls and even in person for over 8 months, we were always promised that "it was coming" or "it was ordered" but they never came. Our texts and emails were eventually left unanswered. Although these things were minor , we did not like being promised something so that we would close and [name removed] not go through with it, or being dragged through months with the expectation of our items being completed but eventually ignored. Overall, our experience with [name removed] homes prior and after have been great. [name removed] was great during the construction phase and [name removed] was very helpful when we were purchasing our home. We would recommend [name removed] to future home buyers.

We have enjoyed many aspects of our experience with [removed]. [removed], the general contractor, was so informative and the home orientation was probably the most valuable to me. Being not only a buyer of a new home, but also a first time homebuyer, this experience was invaluable. Another aspect of [removed] that I think is incomparable has been their overall customer service. [removed] and [removed] have been so responsive for the smallest questions and/or concerns that we had before we closed, after we closed and even now since we’ve been in our home almost a year. From recommending vendors for us to make changes to our [removed] home to updating us on things going on in the area, they have been there.

He was always very friendly and interested in our needs. [name removed] was also attentive to our needs and made our closing happen earlier than we thought. He fixed all sorts of details before the closing and made it happen in time
