Sales manager [name removed] was very kind but the construction manager [name removed], he skipped our pre dry wall meeting without saying anything and not even apologized. He doesn’t follow up at all and not even respond our messages. Now some of our lights, outlets and the ceiling fans are in the wrong location. We could have avoided this issue if we had a pre dry wall meeting and we are completely NOT satisfied at all. We understand that the company has to make profit building houses on schedule but his work is unacceptable. Luckily The warranty manager [name removed] is great on following up on the little issues and always checks with us. We bought a new build house from other builder not too long ago and it was great and I heard from our realtor that [name removed] is well known and a great builder, but we are not happy at all.

Walls and windows are not straight. Grouts are not filled properly. The builder forgot the floor plug. Study room has only one switch for fan and light instead of 2. 4th bedroom doesn't lock. Living room fan automatically turn off and on ( I think our neighbors also have the same fan with remote and it turns on/off our fan too).

Poor quality of material used to build the home. [name removed] team not respecting to customers. No commitment shown to solve the issue. They want just escape stating that this not covered by them and it is home owner responsibility. If the house is inventory and shaddock should maintain the home and they should take responsibility.

Overall I like everything expect one thing @ exhaust fan flipper noise in all bathroom. Try to fix but not fix. It's very noisy and irritate when outside very windy.

Like - * All the upgrades were installed as per the commitments * Backorders were informed on time, so that I can chose alternatives * Builder agreed to do small changes which is not in their list * Got very good response from the [name removed] on the problems reported * Was able to clarify all the questions regarding the process/home construction [name removed] Like - * Was not getting any weekly or bi-weekly updates about home construction progress, it would be very nice to have these updates. * During closing process, my lender did not get the document on timely manner. * Did not get responses to emails/text messages from the builder/sales manager.

We relied on [name removed] and just went about buying the home. In terms of our experience, [name removed] (Sales) has been fantastic, [name removed] is very accommodating and helpful. It will be great if Interior [name removed] has some extra time before the appointment

We were busy chasing builder ([removed]) to get the build issues addressed post move to our new home and never got a chance to review Move-in evaluation. We are extremely disappointed with the builder and the way he responded to any of our queries and his comments are derogatory. We asked the builder to address eggshell painting (throughout the house there are visible patches and air bubbles) and several other inspection items during walkthrough meetings, we relocated from a different state and had limited opportunity to inspect home during construction. Both builder and sales team assured all blue tape items will be addressed and to our surprise, none were taken care. Within a week of closing the house, we have to see roof leak that flooded our hallway and restroom, plumbing leak that flooded our master bath, an under sink plumbing issue with the wrong layout, broken door frames, uneven wood floor stain and lot more. The builder was very arrogant when we asked him to address the issues, "I don't care" was the term he consistently used. We had to escalate our issues to his boss [removed], and he visited our house to personally inspect and acknowledge builders mistakes. Thereafter he assigned [removed] as the point of contact and had taken proper steps to address outstanding problems. Please train your builder properly on how to communicate with his customers, we bought our house based on [removed]'s reputation. We were very disappointed at times with lengthy useless conversation with [removed] with no results. "I don't care" is not at all acceptable when you are in a business like this. Also, please give proper training in home building to [removed], he doesn't seem qualified enough. It is only after [removed]'s visit I had changed my opinion. First 30 days in the new house was a nightmare.

[removed] the sales person was very good and she understands our budget and what we are looking for. Throughout the process she is very helpful and updating the progress of the construction. We like her straight answers so that we planned what we need instead confusions. [removed] is top on communications. On off days also she used respond our clarifications. [removed], the construction manager. I personally feel that [removed] is having the perfect construction manager who is awesome throughout the construction phase till final inspection. He keeps us more comfortable and fixes any issues we identified immediately. Also very soft spoken and ready to spend time with customer if we have more questions. Ee are so happy ti have [removed] and [removed] throughout the journey with [removed].
