[name removed] home plans are excellent and I like my Conroe the best. [name removed] did great in terms of pricing even when competitors are charging escalated prices. My sincere thanks. I amd not greatly thrilled how the material inventory was managed. A single point of contact with accurate ETA info would have alleviated lot of pain customers like me had to go through.

I dislike that landscaping is not covered. My house was built in the winter time and there was no way of telling if the sod was dead or alive. Now that the grass has started to turn, most sod areas in my backyard are not alive. It seems like whoever [name removed] has contracted for landscaping came in and installed dead sod... I tried communicating with the warranty and all I get is "landscaping is not covered". It is such an inconvenience to me because HOA also sends me notices to make my yard proper and I can do nothing else but to buy new sod and install. It is a heavy cost for me that [name removed] should cover. The landscaping was done very poorly also. I'm literally finding bricks underneath when I lift up some of the dead sod... Paid so much for the house but got very poor service. I have asked my warranty specialist so many times to send someone out to check if my sprinkler lines are leaking or not... but he claims that it has been taken care of, when I have not seen anyone come by or contact me to check any such thing in my yard...

Radiant barrier was not installed even though we had in the contract, this was little disappointment for us.

[name removed] is phenomenal. I have never met someone who is on top of their work. His follow ups and follow through to close the warranty tickets has been exceptional. On time and to perfection. We are very happy with his customer centric focus and he is a great asset to shaddock homes.

Quality of build is good still room to improve , dislike - not customer focused. Home buyer has to do lot of monitoring and need to do follow up to make sure for selected things are installed or not.

[name removed] stood to what was signed on the paper and finished the house with in the timelines based on availability of material. Really appreciate [name removed] for being customer supportive when many other competitors are minting money out of the current situation and market trend.

Timely response and resolution on most of the issues. Would like to ask to fix bath grout crack fixes immediately rather than waiting for one year when every crack is fixed.

As it pertains to Sales and Corporate; disorganization, misleading conversations, lack of follow up, and overall no intent to provide an experience and product that was to our satisfaction is how I would characterize the purchase experience. We felt wholly disregarded and like we had to constantly watch our home and our contract to ensure [name removed] Sales and Corporate were not going to slither out of an obligation or previously offered step in the process. Our PM, [name removed], was generally helpful and responsive. My one criticism of our experience with [name removed] is that there should have been more regular, scheduled updates coming from [name removed] without our provoking.

Irrespective of hardship during pandemic and unavailable material... my builder ([name removed]) and Sales manager ([name removed]) did everything they can to take care of us.
