we choose shaddock homes because of its reputation to build quality homes and floorplans , the build process was very bad , builder assigned to us during the initial stages was very rude , very bad and not sure how he survived this long , builder assigned after was ok . Build process was very badly handled when was asked questions . Now after closing ,we are having HVAC issues of missing vents and wiring ,that is being followed up by the warranty guy but very delayed and frustrating , quality of finishes around the house are not as expected, mainly the paint of cabinets and some doors, all door handles get stuck in weird angles when we use them. Placement of HVAC system outside the house made a bedroom un-usable almost , placement of the HVAC system next door by shaddock will have same effect on our kitchen and dining , not sure why this is not thought of.

First construction manager(builder [name removed]) we had was very bad , head strong , don’t know how to talk to home owner , if he had 25yrs of experience , who cares if he does not have basic sense of how to talk and answer a direct question. Then the second builder [name removed] ,we had some conflict at the beginning , [name removed] stepped in resolve the issues , but was good in resolving all the issues towards the end and we are satisfied , does all the builders don't like it when the homeowner asks questions , I am very curious and all the conflicts happened because I asked questions about build process.
