Love the layout and the features of the home. I dislike the follow up and the resolutions of issues with the home. The quality is terrible and the finishes for what we paid really let us down as far as expectations. The prices for drees and Coventry have really put the pressure on shaddock and the value of our home we feel has depreciated substantially due to this. We are glad the pool is in construction but the pickle ball area that was disclosed on the Facebook from what I’ve heard is no longer coming to the community. Communication from [name removed] has been great and by far the only one who seems to care about customer satisfaction. Purchased many homes and know a lot of people, given the situations we have had I would not recommend a shaddock home. Sad to say because shaddock was one of first choices. Just ask to do the right things and communicate fluidly.

House was rushed, quality was not up to par. Felt like it overpaid for a home that other builders would have charged less for better quality. Follow up has been underwhelming to say the least. [name removed] has been a great help but I didn’t spend nearly 800k for [name removed] quality. I should have stuck with highland homes but from the reviews and model quality of shaddock we decided to step up our budget and get a shaddock home.
