Most things went well but several improvements needed. 1) Selection of interior features was very limited for a home of over $300 per square foot 2) We paid over $2,000 for a gas line outside our garage that we did not ask for only to find out that code would not allow the build in generator its designed for. [name removed] should return half of that cost. 3) We felt rushed with final punch list close to closing. Warrantee guy took all of the time tallking and we did not get to review each item. Allow more time for punch list review prior to closing.

Great builder - [name removed] Great Sales - [name removed] [name removed] Very Good - Service I think the biggest dislike is the fact customers are expected to find every little problem, including cosmetics in a two hour walk-through and that’s not reasonable unless you have a person assigned to every room and spend more time with it. I’m sure some customers try to take advantage of things, but I think that cosmetic imperfections to a certain degree ought to be understood and gladly handled. In my case, 90% of what I asked for was done and the other 10% are gonna make a difference because I’ll get them done, but you still need to remember. It’s about satisfying people that you hope to retain as customers for the next home. So the Takeaway is you need to soften up the black and white warranty policy because there’s no such thing as a perfect home. But there is such a thing as a repeat customer and I was one.

The sales person [name removed], super, and warranty all knocked it out of the park. I’ve now build 6 homes and non of them were as delightful as my experience with this team. The quality of home is better than my last fully custom home. Love me some [name removed]

[name removed] was an absolute bliss to work with. Her suggestions and insights helped us from the scratch to make this process seamless. Being an out of state buyer communication was the key and [name removed] ensured we were thoroughly informed. Glad we picked [name removed] and [name removed] was icing on the cake. [name removed] lighting bathroom fixture was something which got delayed than we expected as it is not a custom made but something from the inventory took over 4 months from the expected date

Not that I disliked it but as you move from Base price to what you settle on after designs can be staggering in terms of how much more you spend.

Design center selections were minimal Landscaping and labor and materials were poor Garage door quality for the price point was disappointing Impressed with the sales person ([name removed]), she was fantastic. Couldn’t have got through the building of our house without her. There wasn’t anything that she didn’t know and how to handle it. Also, our builder, [name removed], was fantastic too. He was always there to fix any problems or answer our questions that came up with our house.

All has given us false information and what ever we have paid money those items has not been given and I would like to say useless construction manager and sales manager as they don’t have any details on the process
