- Multiple conflict betwen what said by builder sales guy and what was delivered . - Initially multiple conversation happened about multiple things and later i was pointed thats its not in contract . We cannot trust the guys sitting in office and was foced later in everythign for checking in contract . - Forcing a buyer to pay for Title insurance is also very unethetical
