[removed] Homes' point of contacts for my home were all real nice, My Builder [removed], Sales person [removed] and now my service manager [removed] all were very easy to work with. They listen well, and are very knowledgeable of what they do. [removed], my sales manager, was very friendly to work with and I appreciate him for putting an extra care to the things we desired in our new home. He was very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns at all time. [removed], my builder, had been very thorough during my home building process, He continuously kept in touch with me and kept me informed regarding all the changes, and made sure to fix things if we did not like anything. I appreciate all his help in giving our home as per our expectations. He is a nice man. :-) [removed] is our Service Manager, and I have all good things to say about him. He had been very efficient in managing all the service tickets I had opened. He always made sure that my work gets done timely, and also follows up to see if I was satisfied. It was really an exceptional service from him. [removed] is very humble and respectful, and at the same does incredibly nice at his job. :-) Thanks !!

The interaction with the Sales Manager [removed] was great. He was clear and consistent and was very truthful. Did not pressurize or make sales pitches like other sales people. That was one that made us decide.

[removed], was very patient and helped us at design studio it was fast and simple for us; and [removed] was ever willing to take my calls and address any questions I had his team did a wonderful job at ensuring the home was ready and looked great for our movin. the experience was wonderful for us given the timeframe and busy schedules we were dealing with. everyone at corporate and support team from [removed] and the closing team [removed] especially made our experience mush easier.
