Liked the open communication between us and the sales manager(Kenneth). The transparency and clarity helped us to trust Shaddock. There was a little delay on closing date by builder because of Easter weekend etc. But that was adjustable.

We still need to figure out the backyard and the engineering aspect, the far back corner by the retaining wall. We also need to understand where our property line ends, and if we are responsible for that wall going forward.

I made a contract during worst period (2022) and had only few seconds/minutes to select the lot. Of course, most of the people had the same experience during Covid time. Shaddock took long time to start the construction. Had different situation with Shaddock that sales agent and builder changed while construction was going on. Not sure what’s going on. Luckily we got a new builder Sam, he’s a nice person and knowledgeable. After they changed builder, the construction moved fast. Sam completed the house within few months. He gave lot of tips for the house what to look for and what action you need to take in the future. When we had an orientation with Sam, he’s ready with all the details and the good part was, he kept everything handy to share the details. That worked out well. Didn’t except any builder could share all the details. But overall, I was glad that I made a right choice to go with Shaddock Homes.

Construction Time is Very fast, Started Construction in Feb and Completed in September. Shaddock has great team. We had Lot of support from Sales Manager(Kenneth) and Construction Manager(Sam). Home Quality is really nice. Sam quickly addressed our concerns raised by inspector and replaced the Defective materials. We also thankful for the Support from Willow bend Mortgage Team especially Mike

From the time of completion of the house and being close to an year, Bailey had been extremely responsive and prompt with any issues/repairs to the house. Thanks Bailey for all the help and resolution of the issues. Unlike other builders in the community, Shaddock is excellent with warranties, and highly recommend Shaddock Homes.

Build quality is great. Larry did a great job. We faced the issue with delay in delivery of the house. Which was the case with most of the home buyers in Wilmeth Ridge.

I have water logging issues in my side yards because my neighbor's lot is a level above my lot and any water from my neighbor's yard runs into my yard making my yard water logged and its not good for my foundation. Issue like is this prevented by building a retaining wall between other lots in the same community but my lot does not have a retaining wall. Shaddock did not think about this during build process and has done a very poor landscaping job. Ideally Shaddock should step in, work with the HOA and build the retaining wall on both of my side yards. The message that i'm getting from Shaddock is they will not help me and its not Shaddock's problem. Really poor from Shaddock considering the amount of money i paid for this home.

Home delivery took lot longer than expected. We booked the house in Dec, 2021 and got delivery in July, 2023. But once the house started it build at pace by Larry. It did a good job with it.

I like everything about shaddock home, the quality is exquisite and awesome customer warranty support. Especially Bailey and Larry step in right away as soon as I raised the warranty report and carefully monitored the progress until completion.
