My experience will significantly improve if you guys fix some of m request I made like exterior caulking, etc. One of the drainage grate kept falling out. Stuffs we pointed out on the closing still hasn't completed. We requested few works not listed on the sheet was never fixed. Door guard already falling off. The quality really is terrible.

We have had some issues post move-in with certain items not being installed, or not installed properly that has required us to coordinate several visits with [name removed] vendors to fix. We are happy that everything that they have come out to fix thus far has been fixed. However, the process can be a little disruptive to personal schedules, especially right after move-in.

Warranty never gets back to us and the warranty manager sent us the nastiest email during the snow storm. Sales person kim convinced us to buy this lot because our neighbor would be cam Casper and he was great. The guy sent us a letter saying he was going to make it so we have to get rid of our dogs after we asked them to move their trampoline. Now he calls the police on us all the time Great neighbor! A shaddock representative

It looks like [name removed] doesn't communicate within a team or to the customer. Our orientation was pushed along with closing date which I wasn't notified until the day of the orientation (I used my PTO and waited the entire day). I didn't complain back then. However, the whole process was chaos and never want to repeat. For example, when I signed the agreement (I was initially told 8~10 months). Since our lease was ending 10 months after the initial contract, I was ok. However, the whole process took 11 months so I had to live off month to month for a month. By the time when I initially heard my closing date, I gave our move out notice to my apartment. I was lucky enough that house was closed on the day I moved out on the apartment. Another example, I was notified on the day of installing tiles that my selection was back ordered. I had to go to the design center again and make the selection. Another incident was cabinets were missing glasses because they were missing on the drawing, and countertop was not finished what we requested originally (My construction manager was generous enough to hear my request. However, the finish is not clean). Lastly, I am still waiting for my refund for glasses on the cabinets (It's been 3 weeks after closing yet no refunds). Another example is going to be there was a guy fixing on the Nook window frame and peeled off the paint. He said he would contact the construction manager to see what he can do. I never got an update from both people. My lender and agent were complaining it was hard to get hold of the sales person (The lender usually talks to) and the construction manager. I trusted this builder. However, I am now seeing a lot of works I requested were incomplete (touch ups, mis-wired on electric, etc). I now have to submit request through warranty departments for missing work. The only thing I like about this builder at this community was signing initial contract and initial selection. Also, [name removed] let me moved my stuffs even though the home wasn't closed. I have some potential customers but won't recommend at all.
