We have heard from others that told of unpleasant experiences or surprises along their home building journey. But we have experienced only good surprises and pleasant interaction along our journey.

There is water leakage in my sliding doors every time there is a thunderstorm, regardless of how severe it is. I've submitted a claim under the home warranty but the Company refused to fix. It is unthinkable and unbelievable that [name removed] home would build a house in Texas, knowing that Thunderstorm is a common occurrence, without preparing for this properly.

[name removed] helped customize the plan to suit our needs, which she went above and beyond her normal duties. She is very knowledgeable and a very good architect cum Sales Manager. Thanks to her to spending many hrs to make sure we get what we need. [name removed] had been an outstanding builder or Construction Supervisor. By far, the best builder that we have seen in our 15 yrs of building many homes now across states. Very patient, follow ups, take every feedback and make sure it is addressed properly and some repeatedly and made sure it is done.

Months goes by and no action are taken. [name removed] from warranty is extremely rude and won’t listen to anything. Matter of fact closes the tickets without our knowledge.

Right from closing my house [name removed] has not met the commitment. I have complained about my dry wall but no one has reached out to us to see the poor dry walk work. Our Master Bathroom has a leak and despite trying to fix it for 4 times the issue still exist. Our 2nd floor thermostat is not working so far no one has reach out to me. We have reported multiple issues but no one from corporate is contacting us to decide on plan of resolving the issues

Before close, builder of home did not fix all identified issues with home as noted in final walk thru; advised us that warranty manager would correct some of the items after close, only for the warranty manager later on to advise that the issue should have been brought to the attention of the builder prior to close to be fixed. Warranty manager assigned does not answer emails or put through warranty ticks in a timely fashion. Warranty manager will use excuse of various issues being 'within tolerance' simply to avoid repairing the problem (problems previously brought to the attention of the builder prior to close, and remained present even after an attempt to correct them). Vendors assigned warranty-related issues have, on multiple occasions, simply marked a ticket item as 'completed' without actually completing the work. Prior to close, various workers from neighboring builds sites would walk into home with shoes on (after final flooring laid down) to use appliances/restroom with regular occurrence. During multiple visits to home during various phases of construction, multiple empty beer cans found throughout house.

We loved the entire experience. As first time home builders, we didn't know what to expect, but were told to set expectations low. We couldn't have been more misled. Everything was wonderful. [name removed] has to be the greatest people alive. She was so helpful, thoughtful, caring, and available from day one through to today. She truly cares about her customers, which leaves us satisfied and happy to recommend her and [name removed] to others. The quality of the home and transparency of the construction process was phenomenal. We were just so, so pleasantly surprised.

I am very disappointed with the customer care experience with [name removed]. I chose "quartz" as the material for my master bathroom countertop. However, I noticed the actual material for the countertop was engineered marble. I requested to replace it to quartz because that was what I originally chose. However, warranty service people responded only to say that it is not their job to replace the materials but only to fix whatever I have. So, I requested to connect me to someone from another department or in higher position who is able to help me with this issue for the replacement. However, the warranty department did not do anything but only repeated the same words: "We are only fixing something you already have." It was extremely frustrating, and [name removed] is not trustworthy to me anymore. How could they use totally different materials from what I requested and kept saying that they would not do anything about it? And in my last conversation via email with the warranty service, the person said that if I had quartz tops then I would say they should have been marble, not quartz. The comment was very offensive and judgmental. Would that be something you would say to your customer as a warranty service person? He could simply connect me to someone who would be able to take care of this replacement issue as he does not have any authority to do such thing in the first place. I would never work with [name removed] again for my future house build. If there is someone from [name removed] who read this complaint, please contact me to resolve this issue.

[name removed] was so wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable about every detail of my home and gave wonderful suggestions to make my home just the way I wanted it. She was friendly, outgoing and always responded quickly to any question that I had. [name removed] went above and beyond so many times throughout the build process. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with her. She was such a blessing. I feel so lucky that I was able to work with [name removed] as my builder. He was very knowledgeable about my home and welcomed any questions or concerns that I had. He went over every detail of my home with me to make sure I knew how to properly care for my home.

The outstanding items listed on the Final Acceptance are still not completed and it's been 6 months since my closing. Most of the time, the constuction manager is unresponsive and hard to get a hold of. At times, contractors have shown up without any prior notice that they were coming. It is difficult to get any progress on this list, and the home still has green and blue tape around the house because these items are still outstanding and have not been addressed. There are no status updates without constant follow up on my end, and calling and texing to the construction manager. At times, I need to find his car parked on the street to have a conversation with him to remind him about the open items. I have had to escalate to [name removed], which helped to get some traction, however things are still moving extremely slow and the homeowner should not be required to constantly chase.

Liked and disliked. Couple of Issues reported are taken care immediately. Central vacuum installation did not happen correctly. So home pro has to cut the drywall and fix the central vac issue. Drywall repair still not completed

Sales / Contract was amazing. [name removed] is so sweet and took care of all of my needs. It is the build quality that I am very disappointed with. This is my third home that I have built with a builder and by far the worst quality. The cabinetry came all chipped and dinged up. The woodwork such as the stair posts, mantle, and floating shelves are all chipped and dinged up. Only about 50% of it was fixed and there is no support to fix it correctly. The slab which was used for the backsplash was cut too short. Extra caulking and makeshift trim was used as a band aid to cover it up. I am left with poor workmanship throughout the home which I am disappointed about.
