The contract and sales process was challenging. Lack of information provided, lack of proactive engagement and updates from the [name removed] sales agent. Attention to detail during the design selection process by the design center was disappointing. The only shining light throughout the process was [name removed] who did his best to make up for the previous misses and mistakes by sales and design.

I love my new home, however, I am disappointed with warranty. We submitted an emergency request and a request for other items and it took way too long to get back with us. And that was only because we reached out to the builder. We still do not have a date to when they will come and do the work.

Major electrical issues - 3 of the four master closet lights shorted out - 5 master bath lights shorted out - lights flicker momentarily when turned on. Leaking window = wet windows ledges. Warped kitchen cabinet door. Heating and air conditioning - uneven heating and cooling from room to room. Mail boxes located in a mud hole. Laundry room cabinets to low - can't fully open a top loading washer.
