Builder foreman/PM [removed] was extremely patient and helpful. We felt that he really was trying to do everything he could to make us satisfied new home buyers by addressing almost every item found in the home inspection report. We were quite surprised and impressed that it wasn't the battle we thought it would be (unlike other builders). [removed] at the sales office was also an advocate for us and helped us get some tricky concessions to make us happy. We appreciate the entire experience and high initial build quality of [removed] Homes.

This is the 4th house we have built in the DFW area and it has been by far the best process. [removed] is extremely knowledgeable on the sales side, she has worked with us to customize our home and has been a fantastic resource throughout the process. [removed] has been absolutely incredible as our builder, I can't speak highly enough about them both. I also loved the design center process, our designer was very helpful in helping us pick our selections. I like the ability to really be able to customize the home (e.g. the lighting options) versus being given a set package.

We currently have multiple outstanding warranty items that are in process of being addressed. [removed] was not our builder but inherited our items and has been very fast at initial responses. Some of the vendor communication and status updates have required follow up action by me.
