Unhappy with only being offered one hot water heater. We can’t run two showers at the same time and get enough hot water without turning the volume down to half volume.

I have had to follow up multiple times with builder for warranty repairs, but they have done a great job.

We like the house, but after we moved in we discovered several (and I mean a lot) of not finished work. Definitely not paying attention to details. Ultimately they solved most of it. But a brand new $800k house should be delivered to buyer almost in perfect condition.
