Attention to detail and polish. For example, many paint touchups needed, and I have to remove paint marks from the floor, handles, tub plastic, most places.

I was supported throughout the building/buying of my home! Times when I felt I would not be able to close on the deal, [name removed] and [name removed] both offered positive talks to encourage me to proceed. I am so very thankful that I continued on with my purchase. During the design appointment, I clearly added too many upgrades that were out of my budget, but the designer helped me narrow down my options and change a few with suggestions leading me to the absolute best selections that were reasonable and beautiful in the end. [name removed] has been supportive in fixing minor things that occurred during the building process. I must admit that I could not be any happier with my new, beautiful home! There is absolutely nothing that I would want to change! My home is perfect for me and my children!

Design studio was an unpleasant experience. I ordered only around $22,000 and was not enough to make happy Lisa Richards who was disturbed with my presence and sent THREE times to stay in a model of my preference because she was required to stay alone while enter my order in her laptop. I was treated second class just for the fact that I’m Latino and gay and she’s white and straight. Second, your electric vendor is and was a complete disaster. Check my order and how much I expend in electrical orders. Decided to make my new home 100% Brilliant. The worst decision I made. Your electrical vendor s still no able to finish their bad job after 40 days of escrow closing. The White Glove technicians were disappointed because the electricians made a mess so cannot set up a smart home correctly. STILL UNRESOLVED. I KNOW THIS IS A NEW VENDOR BUT THERE IS NOT EXCUSE. CHECK ALL THE ELECTRIC WORK ORDERS AFTER CLOSO OF ESCROW. I AM NOT GOING TO REPEAT MYSELF here to make you aware of the electric disappointment.

The guy in the field are great. They really care, particularly the team lead by [name removed]. Obviously, the speed of completion could be faster, but ongoing communication continues to all us to understand the efforts of the team. Communication from [name removed] was mostly both weak and late, particularly if it included any difficult news. ([name removed] and Pre-walk)

I have always received service. Just sometimes the response takes a little longer than I’d like; but, luckily I haven’t had any thing needing immediate attention. Overall, I have not felt like I have been “forgotten.”

The sales representatives were really cordial. The craftmanship could have been better. There were lots of bad finishes pre-stucco times. Bad finishes were ubiquitous.

Appliances are back ordered, still haven’t received our appliances and master bathroom mirror! They were supposed to be delivered end of February but it is March and we still haven’t received them! And this has been almost 2 months since we closed.

[name removed] and the rest of the sales team were fantastic. Great customer service on their end. I disliked not having direct communication to the construction team. Many times throughout the build I noticed mistakes and things that needed to be addressed and it was difficult to get answers.

Everyone was so hands-on! Valerie, Alex and Julio were amazing! They each listened to my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Alex and Julio have been so helpful during the closing process. Valerie was so helpful supportive and encouraging during this process. I have never bought a home before and I was so nervous during this process because of horror stories I have heard but I felt so comfortable with The New Home Co. They made the process so easy. I highly recommend The New Home Co.!
