Having someone available onsite is very helpful when i have questions. The response time to get answers was very quick. I liked the multiple inspections and walkthroughs and the ability to come check on my home on a weekly basis. The $5000 incentive was a nice touch too. The weekly updates were nice for the weeks i couldnt come personally visit. Overall experience was pretty smooth.

The whole process of becoming a homeowner with [removed] has been amazing. From the sales office ([removed], [removed], and [removed]) becoming family while the house was being built. The warm welcome home orientation meeting with [removed]. Even after getting in the house. We had a problem getting the internet connected but [removed] was available every step of the way. Even on the weekend, when the installation problem started. He answered my call and gave solutions while it was being fixed. I love this company, it is very family oriented. Since starting the process of buying my home, I have told many people and pray they get to have the same experience

What I liked best was the whole process. The Optimum Staff and Home Advisors were prompt, professional, and thorough throughout the whole process. Even after move-in each person was consistent and genuine in making sure I was satisfied with my home.

We have had LOTS of problems with our HVAC (True Air). When we first moved-in in the winter, we were without heat for around a month. Now that it's summer, they've discovered a leak occurred in the AC. That being said, it's been nice that when we call them, they know who we are and where we live ([removed]). They work well with us and it's been pretty easy to schedule appointments. In terms of [removed], our Customer [removed] has done a good job of keeping in contact with us and quickly fixing things that weren't quite right. He works well with our schedule and communicates well with us.
