The warranty repairs are hard to get done, the warranty guy never reaches out when he does he just looks at it and says I will contact you to schedule a date and never does. Also trying to get a speed bump for installed by the community playground is not being addressed and people who do not live on the community speed by the playground at over 50 mph and in front of the model home offices and nothing gets done

Untruthfulness, liars, do not keep their word, will not reimburse expenses at which they caused such as water, electricity, the warranty manager is a disgrace, the sales person is a liar, their so called builders are kids and have no clue how to build a quality house, stay far away from this place and if you just buy here, [name removed] ready for the ride of,tour,life dealing with these idiots!

We have had numerous issues and never hear from ANYONE. We have the only house in the entire neighborhood without soffit vents and have vents on the roof that leaks in every bad rain. I texted [name removed] you warranty rep on June 26 and he said he would get back to me. I'm still waiting. I was told by your warranty manager that it was a city inspector that made you install the roof vents and was supposed to get back to me but have not heard anything from him either. If I don't hear anything satisfactory regarding this, I will call the city myself and have them look at the rest of your homes to see why I have the only style of the lousy vents. Either you fix mine or maybe they will make you fix all the rest of your homes in the neighborhood. The front door was finally installed after having a construction door for 2 months. I asked [name removed] if the finishers could sand the edges before they finish it. He said he would tell them. They showed up a day earlier than scheduled and not only didn't sand it they left runs on the clear coat. We have had a dead tree in the front yard for over 3 months, patches of dead grass, lumpy grass everywhere, flooding on our side yard. I have bought several new homes in my lifetime and have never had such poor workmanship and poor customer service. I hear there might be a class action suit from the rest of the homeowners, I will definitely join that suit. I regret every day not buying a Chesmar home.

I loved the amount of communication that came from [name removed] and our wonderful Salesperson [name removed]. [name removed] and [name removed] would call me on a weekly basis with any and all updates. [name removed] was the reason we ended up purchasing a View home and [name removed] Delivered the final product. I was mad that [name removed] was fired over something stupid, but [name removed] came in and took care of us until close.

You can’t seem to get your contractors out to all of the dissatisfied home owners. The work that your contractors have done is below par and they never show up when they say they will. The top management of view homes does not appear to support their warranty people in trying to get things fixed. You need to fire a lot of your contractors get qualified people to fix your mistakes and build a better home that you and your customers can be proud of. Lousy customer service from management. I have nothing good to say about your management. I would not recommend to anyone at this time to buy your homes and have been doing the exact opposite. All of my neighbors agree with this. Your management should be ashamed.

Identify an email for warranty because [name removed] promised to do but didn’t. No one fro Warranty had not responded. It’s been one thing or another that’s screwed up; from the floor chips and holes and high low tile, to cabinets that are crooked, caulking in master Bath not done, the sink in guest bath was chipped when they Broke putting in after closing.

The warranty process is a joke. I have 51 items that needed to be completed before we closed that we're not. I have had nothing but problems with armadillo homes. I tried to escalate issues but everybody is hiding beneath their help hired help. The whole experience has been gut wrenching I've been lied to and [name removed] lead. This has been by far the worst buying experience with anything in my life. Unfortunately people in the management do not care. In fact there are several neighbors considering legal action against armadillo homes. There have been some big items in my house that somewhere corrected and one big item still has not been corrected. Time keeps dragging on I guess armadillo [name removed] is trying to get out of their warranty. So they can wash their hands of it. Such a ridiculous company.

COVID placed multiple delays but [name removed] and [name removed] were on top of it all. [name removed] updated us frequently and reassured us when I had a time line to meet for time off to move in. [name removed] worked late and on weekends to make our home for us. [name removed] checked in from her cruise to make sure last minute details were done. [name removed] worked with [name removed] to make sure we had welcome home gift basket. We truly felt like family taking care of us.

I submitted a few issues that have online never been contacted. When I fist moved in I told the guy that my cabinet doors were warped, they sent someone out and said yep they are warped never heard back, contact the follow up armadillo guy he passed it on another guy came out and said yep they are warped he measured that was over two months ago and nothing. Also my ceiling needs to be refloated or retextured looks like crap.

1. Dates continually pushed out. 2. The day we moved in they were still installing the fixtures in our master shower. Apparently the tilers dropped a bunch of tile and debris down our shower drain and it took hours for the plumbers to remove it! 3. I wasn't impressed by the cleaning crew at all! Still lots of things that needed to be cleaned after we moved in. 4. The quality of the texture on the walls was different throughout the house.

I know in these times its hard to get quality workers, but I think sold to many home all closing in the same time frame. I think [name removed] and [name removed] at [name removed] [name removed] are doing a great job trying to get things done with limited help. Our house is getting close to getting finnishing touches done and it looks amazing, very happt with the house and [name removed] and [name removed]

I honestly do not know where to start. We were very exited to purchase a home that we actually were able to chose the plan. But this excitement quickly turned into a daily disappointment. Dealing with a very dishonest builder that just couldn’t seem to get anything right turned what we thought was going to be a positive experience into the beginning of a nightmare. If we had any other options at the time we closed on our home we would have backed out. We have been here for almost a month now and our builder ([name removed]) still hasn’t finished the work he promised us before we closed. All of the unfinished items should have been completed before we closed but he begged us to move forward with signing and he stated that he would definitely take care of us. We haven’t seen him but maybe once since that day and it not seems that the warranty guy is following suit. Armadillo or View Homes has left a very bad taste in our mouths and we are not looking forward to fighting to get done what should have been completed a long time ago.

The sales person was not educated in the building of homes. She was matter of fact even without researching before she answered. Further, she would not put forth any effort to help find answers rather took the stance there will be more home buyers behind you. She could have cared less in the problems I presented. Very unprofessional, uninformed and dishonest. I had an appointment with the superintendent and he cancelled without telling anyone visit. In addition, I too,d time off of a new job I just started and I am paid by the hour. It cost me 4 hours of pay just to be disappointed with no one to walk thru the house to identify decencies before closing . Another sales representative had to come over and unlock the door so I could walk the house by myself. I made a punch list of 51 items. Most of the items were completed however the house was not deep cleaned or the rafter vent system was not repaired or the seam in the Sheetrock in the master bedroom. There was plenty of time to repair these big items but again, it was obvious no one read my list or could care less. There are plumbing issues with the water mixing valves in the master bath and this is a very big problem. The colder it is outside, the colder the city water supply, the longer it takes me to adjust the water temperature. I’ve put this on my 3 week list for correction. Further, with the items on the second list I feel will not be completed as requested. This entire debacle could have been avoided given the time I made the list and the time I moved in. I am tempted to put a large sign on my roof stating “I Bought my Lemon from Armadillo homes” I have requested on more then one occasion that any work to be completed should be scheduled, ,not at your convenience but ours. I know you will have contractors knock on the door and say to us, we were in the area and wanted to come by to make a repair. For you to provide a schedule to me to get this done is impossible and we are the ones that have to make arraignments for these items to get corrected. I have purchased many houses in the past and this is by far the most unprofessional company I have dealt with.
