Our “Sales rep” [name removed] WAS HORRIBLEEEE!!!! he created so much drama, left us homesless and stranded, all we got was a fridge because I asked him. We asked for blinds and a washer dryer and he never followed through with us. He didn’t help us at all and unfortunately because we were in the dark on everything, we were unable to back out so now we are stuck here. The workers building on the homes in this area BLASTTTT their music so loud every M-Sat. We are miserable. I don’t recommend unless [name removed] is gone

The home is beautiful and [name removed] has been helpful with questions from how to set up sprinkle system (I forgot) to paint, etc. [name removed] was always present during the purchasing experience and even escorted us to the title company on closing date. Sorry that he no longer works for View homes. Only thing I'm unhappy with his my kitchen counter. When I first did the walkthrough I saw streaks on the counters thinking clean-up did a quick swipe of the counters and on move-in I can clean that quick. I've tried natural cleaners to cleaners specifically for streaks and nothing seems to work. The counters where the stove is located cleans up with just microfiber and water but the sink counter is upsetting to me. I didn't bring up to [name removed] and perhaps I will when I speak to him next time. I researched and perhaps it wasn't coated properly. I don't know but a kitchen counter shouldn't look streaky like mine.

House is seemingly fine except 2nd floor creaks a lot when people are moving around. This creaking occurs in the bedrooms, bathroom and common areas. Can something be done about it?

I am writing in response to my home loan evaluation and to formally express concerns regarding my experience throughout this process. While I am grateful to have made it this far, I want to be clear that my experience with my assigned representative has been frustrating and, at times, disappointing. There were multiple instances where commitments and offers were communicated to me verbally, only to later be retracted with responses such as “I don’t remember” or “that was never promised.” This has made it extremely difficult to feel confident or supported during such a significant financial decision. Additionally, several decisions were made without my consent or prior approval, despite my expectations that all changes, upgrades, or adjustments would be clearly discussed and agreed upon beforehand. As a buyer, I feel that my expectations were not fully met, and my input was not consistently respected throughout the process. There were moments when I strongly considered walking away from the deal altogether. The only reason I continued forward is because I had already invested substantial time, energy, and resources into this purchase. Had I known earlier that communication and follow-through would be such ongoing issues, I would have chosen to move forward with a different representative. I am sharing this feedback not to be confrontational, but to be transparent and to ensure that these concerns are documented. I hope this information can be used to improve communication and client experience going forward. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns
