The turnover in personnel was incredible. Everyone who worked for view homes when we bought the home is no longer there and again all of the people who were there a few months after we moved in, are no longer there, knowing who to contract has become difficult.

The whole process form viewing the home all the way to purchasing the home was a breeze. Super simple and easy. Every step of the process was detailed and simple. The builder was amazing as he showed us every single square inch of the home. Explained in detail on how every applicence, meter, valve, and switch operated.

The friendliness of all staff especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I had a small issue the Sunday after closing and I reached out them. And they did not hesitate to help me. I apologized for reaching out on a Sunday but was not made to feel like a burden at all!

I really liked the way. [name removed] helped me to get oriented into the house and get familiar with everything. He walked me through what I needed to do after we had closed on the home and moved in. He also helped me to resolve one concern that I had, and he took care of it immediately. So I’m really thrilled with the level of customer service.
