What we liked most about the purchase experience was that whenever we needed something or asked of something [name removed] and [name removed] never made it seem as hassle or bother to accommodate us. Any minor touch up that needed to be fixed was resolved immediately and the transparency was great.

Staff were very professional. Ms [name removed] and [name removed] were awesome to work with! The quality of the house is better than DRH and had some nicer luxury upgrades like epoxy floors in the garage. Built in mudroom. Ect. We love the house.

Having claims addressed was a nightmare. The quality of the home is not very good. Tile is cut uneven, grout missing in shower even though it was addressed twice and "repaired", carpet has been repaired, and continues to be loose.
