With the lack of information properly given to me by our “sales rep”, [name removed], we didn’t know enough about the homes we moved into. [name removed] didnt show us any homes other than that one home, he lied to us, he was unprofessional and the list can go on and on. We liked how the other employees accommodated us after what happened with our experience with [name removed]. [name removed] the builder was very helpful in answering our questions and filling in the blanks [name removed] failed to mention to first time homeowners.

Any issues that came up were taken care of for the most part. Have noticed quality/craftsmanship concerns after the walk thru that were disappointing. Also maintenance of empty lots is an on going issue that seems to not be a concern for the neighborhood/hoa. Yards are not in compliance with HOA expectations and no enforcement takes place.

What I liked: [name removed] has been excellent throughout our homeownership experience. Since we moved in, he has consistently stayed on top of issues, communicated with me regularly, followed up with vendors, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service have been greatly appreciated. What I disliked: The biggest disappointment was the length of time it took to resolve the kitchen countertop issue. Although the problem was identified at the end of May, it was not addressed until now, and the repair is still not fully complete because I am waiting for the plumbers tomorrow. The customer service from the vendor, True Blue, was poor. There was a lack of communication, missed or delayed scheduling, and unnecessary delays that prolonged the entire process. The experience would have been much better with more proactive communication and better coordination from the vendor.

we really did not like the appliances that that came with the home, it was stated in our purchase contract that view homes would spend 2,500 for a washer dryer set and another 2,500 for our refrigerator, and that value is not reflected in the appliances we recieved. also the entire time we were in process of purchasing our home, these gifts were forgotten off and not held with any regard during the proccess, the response to forgetting was "oops" the set of washer and dryer definitely is not worth the 2,500 as the unit size itself was very small, and basic settings are not available.
