The whole process form viewing the home all the way to purchasing the home was a breeze. Super simple and easy. Every step of the process was detailed and simple. The builder was amazing as he showed us every single square inch of the home. Explained in detail on how every applicence, meter, valve, and switch operated.

The friendliness of all staff especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I had a small issue the Sunday after closing and I reached out them. And they did not hesitate to help me. I apologized for reaching out on a Sunday but was not made to feel like a burden at all!

I really liked the way. [name removed] helped me to get oriented into the house and get familiar with everything. He walked me through what I needed to do after we had closed on the home and moved in. He also helped me to resolve one concern that I had, and he took care of it immediately. So I’m really thrilled with the level of customer service.

I liked how attentive the project manager [name removed] was to my concerns & how he followed up & followed through with every concern. I appreciated [name removed] the salesman for always answering our calls & giving accurate information to any of our concerns. I loved the cohesiveness in communications between [name removed], Salesman [name removed] & Realtor [name removed] & [name removed] person [name removed]. They all made sure we had excellent communication and they were very professional. I appreciate [name removed] for getting involved & honoring any deal that was originally presented. I appreciate the professionalism when things fell apart; everyone collectively worked together to get things back on track & this was consistent from contract to move in. I am telling everyone about view homes. We were initially trying to buy a D.R Horton & I'm so grateful that I turned on [name removed] by mistake. It was the best left turn we've ever taken; now we are all moved in & we love our home!
