The whole team moved quickly to get everything done properly and accurately for my move. [name removed] Homes is a whole team committed to do everything in their power to make sure that you are able to move in and enjoy your new home. After the move they keep in touch and if you have questions or find something out of order they will be happy to help and fix anything that needs fixing. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Overall, very great experience! Everyone was very helpful and made the process go as smooth as possible. Some minor miscommunications throughout the building process - but they were quickly resolved. I am still waiting on the garage door opener to be installed, but I was told it should be installed in the next few weeks.

[name removed] homes was recommended to me by my good friend and when I met the sales team [name removed] and [name removed] they told me how closely they work with buyers and how much they would be in communication me throughout the process. I was disappointed to not be getting weekly or regular updates. Mistakes were made on the paperwork multiple times. On one particular day, there was confusion about missing incentives on the contract. My realtor and I both called texted and emailed [name removed] multiple times to clarify, with no answer, and I finally ended up driving over there @3pm on a Friday to make sure we were still under contract. I have purchased many homes and this has by far been the most confusing and difficult buying experience because of the sales team.

Our sales experience with [name removed] was excellent. We felt a reasonable amount of pressure to make a decision but also had a TON of support and nothing ever felt forced. We were heard. He answered messages promptly and clearly. Our build experience with [name removed] was top notch. We would notice a small issue with the home and before saying anything to [name removed] it would already be fixed. Quality control was excellent. Thus fair repairs after closing have been easy to manage and organize.

I hate the flooring. It’s the cheapest LVP and damages very easily. It already needs to be replaced and I haven’t been in the home a year.

Overall, this was an awesome experience. The homes come with amazing built-in features that really make you feel like you’re getting more for your dollar. My only dislikes are very minor. For starters; there is no good location to store the recycle/garbage bins, the product used for the epoxy garage paint is EXTREMELY thin and chips right off, I don’t have keys to lock the Amazon drop box, and I didn’t get window shades that seem to come standard in all the other homes. However, the other added features more than make up for those shortcoming. As well as the quality of customer service I have received, and continue to receive. Amazing team and amazing product.
