We’ve had many issues over the 1st year living here. From complete air conditioning system replacement from not working properly to sheetrock and framing issues. We continue to have room air balance concerns and upstairs floor creaking. We also have a few more warranty claims that have not been addressed.

I am not satisfied with the home’s efficiency. I don’t believe it is meeting the efficiency rating that was advertised. When I complained about it they sent the a/c company and they checked the pressures of the unit and that was all.

Overall, the home has been great. We have ran into issues with the roof leaking within the first few months that caused paint damage. Our garage door has had issue and had a panel broke after falling off on one side. The panel was replaced within days after contacting warranty coordinator which is great, but the request to paint that panel has been pending for 2 weeks. Hoping to get is resolved soon.

Requests are taking forever to get the work done, spending so much personal time to contact vendors and warranty departments to follow up on the repairs which is really frustrating.

The buying process was far harder than it needed to be. I submitted warranty work requests on 9/4 and the issues still haven't been addressed

We have been in our home for only 5 months. There are places that we are finding that the carpet wasn’t set in correctly. There is also a crack in our wall, where an arch is. As the months continue, we start to find things that looked rushed. We have multiple light switches that are not balanced, paint from the walls that is still on tile (tried scrubbing will not come off), door knobs that looked rush. Also our wall paint was incorrectly listed on our paperwork, so when we went to purchase it was the wrong color. We are still trying to figure out the correct color.

It’s difficult to get ahold of someone for warranty repairs. Repairs are promised to be completed and are not. Sales consultants do not keep their word. Home completion is promised and then at the last day pushed back and again pushed back.
