Overall, very great experience! Everyone was very helpful and made the process go as smooth as possible. Some minor miscommunications throughout the building process - but they were quickly resolved. I am still waiting on the garage door opener to be installed, but I was told it should be installed in the next few weeks.

[name removed] homes was recommended to me by my good friend and when I met the sales team [name removed] and [name removed] they told me how closely they work with buyers and how much they would be in communication me throughout the process. I was disappointed to not be getting weekly or regular updates. Mistakes were made on the paperwork multiple times. On one particular day, there was confusion about missing incentives on the contract. My realtor and I both called texted and emailed [name removed] multiple times to clarify, with no answer, and I finally ended up driving over there @3pm on a Friday to make sure we were still under contract. I have purchased many homes and this has by far been the most confusing and difficult buying experience because of the sales team.

Like: Everyone we have interacted with ([name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] have been super friendly, accommodating and all in all a pleasure to work with throughout this entire experience Dislike: We were told there was opportunity to add Sod to the backyard but as we got closer to closing, we realized that was not the case. [name removed] a huge deal but the backyard is over 50% mulch (realize the builders have restrictions per City mandate). Only been in the house for 4 days so it’s hard to really create a list this soon after move in but these are our initial thoughts!
