Submitted a warranty claim 4 weeks ago and no one has contacted me about underlying issues with my home detailed in the claim. My AC unit is not working properly and when asked for assistance , I was told to look for the emergency contact form given at the walk through but our agent wasn't available that initial day either. can someone please reach out to me to resolve these matters. XXX-XXX-XXXX

I noticed there were little things not finished properly and the quality of some of the items in the home could of been better. Also I have been having a roach problem in my kitchen island ever since I moved in. An exterminator has already been out to fix the situation several times.

Everyone was much invested when I was just going through the process. I do not like that I have to deal with plug in transformers and broken pipes not even 1 month after move in.

I love that I feel like I always have someone to contact. I contact Will or [name removed] and they promptly help me out, come by or point me in the right direction. I am glad I feel like I have someone I can rely to when it comes to questions about my house, especially Will is great.

Love the fact that since I moved in I’ve seen only minor to almost no issues with the house. And the only few things I need it to get help I got it solved very quick either through view homes or direct with the contractors. Me and my family love our home and we are so thankful with ViewHomes to make this possible.
