The customer service experience I previously received by [name removed] was excellent but overall I am disappointed in the build of the home because I am seeing cracks in the walls already and I just moved in July 2022. I am seeing cheaply or poorly covered paint, kitchen paint, damaged wooden parts of the cabinet, and concrete not fully covered tile floors. The grass is not Bermuda.

I was amazed with everyone on the builders team! Especially [name removed] and [name removed]. awesome peolple!!I was fully supported and guided trough the process from scratch to finished! ,,Great job! we did see and fulfill our Dreamhouse! I highly recommend The [name removed] Homes to my Family and Friends!!

When I 1st purchased I started with one sales person and 1 construction manager (Ramona amd Robert) shortly after my purchase it changed over to a new sales person and a new construction manager it was a little rough at 1st but the new team (Liz and Matt) that stepped in really made my experience so much better.

Communication was consistent although there was a gap during the process where one of the sales representatives unexpectedly had an extended absence. However, the other rep was able to fill in and got us up to speed on progress during the build. Items that were called were remediated in a timely manner even after close.

I liked how Matt Garza the builder was very attentive and even after I closed on the house he still would come by when I asked him too regarding the home.

I love the lay out it’s an open concept. I was very disappointed with all the mess after we signed the closing contract. We were promised that they will fix/repair the things we pointed out and clean up and the house will be all set after couple hours( day of closing June 30), but we came and it was not finished. We contacted them several times about our concerns and no response. We escalated the issue to the builder and still waiting for them to fix/replace. Customer Care Representative came by and still awaiting to hear from the company

Many mistakes were made, the lot we bought was change, the floor plan had to change, the exterior colors of the home were wrong, the double sink wasn’t installed at the beginning and the repair of it left us a wall with 2 shades of color that no one even try to repair, the entrance concrete doesn’t look even, and many more things could be add it. Lastly our The View agent was change on our contract without any explanation. We love our home, but there’s definitely room for improvement. We think would be really important if the buyer knows all the options since the beginning, they are so many things we didn’t know we could have done to our home and it’s bittersweet, specially if it’s your first property. Also the AC “induction” doesn’t exist, the company refuses to do it. The “repair kit” was never received And the welcome Home gift much appreciated but it’s a one time use kind of thing. ( we think it’s important you know that as a company, after all it’s your image) With all the above we would buy from The View again, for mainly 2 reasons, Matt and Elizabeth, they are extraordinary people and remarcable professionals, truly believe that things could have been really different if they were the ones in direct communication with us from day 1.

It felt like we were pressured into closing on a specific date for the purposes of fulfilling monthly sales figures but it was very difficult to actually get that scheduled and make sure everything was good to go for closing. It seamed like if we weren't reaching out to the mortgage company and staying on top of them they wouldn't have been ready, even though we were told we would be charged a fee if we didnt close by a certain date.
