The warranty side has been amazing. [name removed] has been an absolute blessing for me and my family. He has gone above and beyond to fix the issues that should have been fixed when they were pointed out by us during framing. Any complaint or issue we have is addressed and not forgotten about. I know if I call [name removed] with an issue he will return my call and address the concern then get it scheduled for repair in a timely fashion.

6 months after move in and im still waiting for the house to be finished. i still have raw wood accents that they fixed and never came back to paint.

My sales agent who is no longer with the company did not provide with any communication really. He failed to give us all options while picking out specific options on the home. The first initial project manager [name removed] did not communicate anything at all. Met with him once and never again. These two individuals were [name removed] and [name removed]. We then switched over to [name removed] and [name removed] they were definitely great in assisting us with our needs. I feel that there were many things such as our garage wall interior getting wet for a ongoing period of time due to incomplete roof job during construction should of never happened and could of been prevented. [name removed] was great but the jobs of the individuals building the home was not the greatest to say the least. The drywall in the home as far as the final outcome is not the best. Many of the textures on the drywall are not even. You can definitely see many drywall seams throughout the home. Just poor quality with all drywall work very evident. The plumber has already found a leak and we have only been in our home since June 18th, 2021. The plumber found it after having to place a new pressure valve.

I love my new home. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication between myself and the builder. With it being a first time home buyer, I wanted to be kept in the loop regularly.

Paint is like a primer paint , according to att house was not pre wired for security, painters put silicone over drywall screws now the have fallen out. Driveway is cracked and garage floor is cracked going into house yard is full of holes you can twist an ankle in

The warranty guy has been amazing and very professional. However the process to try and get my foundation on home fixed has taken over 3 months now and I am living in a half built home right now. There seems to be no rush and the inconvenience is unbelievable.

Where to start , To whom it may concern and we believe this involves everyone , My husband and I are having to take the time to write this email in regards to our home we just purchased in [name removed] [name removed] in San [name removed] Tx . We started looking for homes right after Christmas and our realtor brought us to [name removed] point . We then met [name removed] who showed us a floor plan we fell in love with and helped us pick , we were so excited because we had saved and saved to buy our dream home to raise and watch all four of our children grow up in . In the beginning it seamed to go as we were told and then we started hitting bumps and major pauses . No communication with a project manager then we met several different ones after and during this process my husband losing his father and brother unexpectedly so everything really started to take a toll on us . Finally we met with two men both named [name removed] who we were told would finish and take care of us along the way . Our home building took off from there and became a fast process and great communication however several mistakes were made along the way and in fact it’s been plain devastating. We have cried many tears out of frustration and honestly sorry customer service. I have included videos and pictures of what our home has become . Being rushed and pressured to close August 31st we did and they promised to fix it all . I’m disturbed that people would build homes like this and tell us well now warranty has to take over . We are now three weeks in and not even in our home ! Our payment is tomorrow and we can’t even sleep there . Our base boards are beat up , our carpet worn out , our paint and textures look awful in so many places our master bathroom looks like we put it together and this is what my husband and I worked soooo hard far and saved for ? Only to be treated like this ? And on top of that now we have a water leak in our brand new home ! We had been so hopeful with Armadillo homes and had been told great things only to have our dreams shattered . At this point I would never recommend a armadillo home to anyone and I know our realtor currently feels the same . My husband was in custom home building and we felt we gave grace for so many things but our home has soooooo many things wrong and we deserved better than this . I don’t even want to live there anymore . The pictures and videos I have included are all current . And we have to say [name removed] really has helped us through so much he did a amazing job caring and even [name removed] did too but the ball was dropped with our home and now it’s sad .
