No customer service. No one has called on my tickets for repairs. Cheap quality but the fact that you can’t come out go fix it is horrible!

Several issues that were pointed out during my one month walk through still have not been attended to 6 months later. Several areas in my house were left unpainted, multiple windows are the wrong size and water gets in to the house through the space between the windows and the wall, nails are sticking out of the drywall, and several other issues have been noted. Several times we have been told that someone was going to come at a certain date and time to take care of the issues and then nobody shows up. Other times, contractors show up at the house unannounced when we aren’t home but could have been had we known someone was coming.

Some of the imeneties were excluded when we built vs buying inventory. Also, the financial institution that was recommended did a horrible job; not once, but twice.

They came couple months ago and they said they will be back on the cabinets and doors nobody showed up or even just a phone call! And our water meter is so high from the ground and the pipe is also high above the ground and armadillo knows about this since we moved in and they said they’ll coordinate with the water company! Still no response or phone call and still sticking out high above the ground and it’s a safety issue! We spoke to [name removed] and he said he’ll call us for update and of course it’s like gone on the wind! Still unfinished

Everything went smooth. I had a couple items that need attention, but the superintendent on the job has taken care of several of them and is working on the last couple items. Had the storm not hit, I think these items would have been taken care of before I moved in.

Over 5 months into ownership and we are on 4th warranty contact person and he is leaving View Homes next week. That makes 5. We have a very long list of outstanding issues which are not getting addressed.

They had installed a double oven that was not the same my neighbors had, mine looked used and wasn’t working. They had to order new ones again and those were actually the correct ones, they were the updated ones my neighbors had. I just felt like if the ovens were working they wouldn’t of tell us anything about it being an older version not the ones everyone in my neighborhood had all because they wanted to close by the end of the month.

We have lost our first warranty rep, then second. We have sent several times the list of things that never got fixed since we moved in and hardly anything has happened. They also have been entered in the log system. We have been very patient knowing that the pandemic is difficult on trades. We would have appreciated a follow up from the warranty reps taking over.

[name removed] sales rep [name removed] was always so helpful and genuine. He was very patient and I felt that he positively represented the company. [name removed] home was built within the time frame and I love all the options that were standard for my community.
