1. I had to chase down my earnest check from the salesman in order to get it to the mortgage company so that my loan could go through. That was three weeks after it was given to him. 2. [name removed] given adequate walk throughs of the home. [name removed] able to go through with blue tape ahead of time so going to put on blast here. 3. Original orientation was re-scheduled, but that info was never conveyed to me. I showed up at the scheduled time. The superintendent was there but without whatever forms, paperwork that would normally be on hand. Walked through the house, but it felt like I was being rushed. No blue tape. 4. The power washer did not clean up after themselves after washing on closing day. For reference, I have the [name removed] floor plan. I came back the next day there was water on the floor that came from underneath the baseboard at the foyer wall and coat closet. 5. Hot water heater pilot light wasn't lit. Breaker to dryer wasn't turned on. Would think that is a final checklist item for the superintendent before closing. 6. Paint splatters on floor from rollers. The response that I got at closing from the superintendent was: "If you go over them twice with a mop they'll come up." [name removed] was attentive to calls and tried to answer questions in a timely manner.

There was a bunch of things wrong with my home on the day of my move it and things were fixed over time however, there are still things that have not been fixed and I can’t get ahold of anyone from Armadillo. My emails keep getting kicked back saying the email address is no longer valid and it’s the exact one on the cards I have and the exact same email I used before in which I had contact with someone. It’s been almost a year and things still need fixed!

[name removed] is amazing ... if it weren't for him it would have been a painful experience with so many mistakes in the build. He has gone above and beyond to get us sorted out.

Imperfection in quality of home, grout pour in drain, drywall cracks in ceiling, uneven door entry in living room, floors had grout stains not cleaned after install in all areas of house, drywall finishing was had missed areas, carpet stained, cabinet drawer unhinged, leaking pipes in washroom, paint missing in exterior trim in the back of house, drywall uneven by bath to tub needs work
